A little bit about me

Hi. My name is CJ and I am looking for a full time and live in nanny job for the next year. Something like July 2022 to August 2023. I am in my first year of post grad from the University of Vermont. I am finishing my BA in Sociology, Gender Studies, and History.

I have been babysitting and working with kids in numerous capacities since I was ten. I started as a mother's helper, and since then I have worked as a private babysitter, a gym childcare worker, and for the last year and a half, as an after school care worker. I love making direct connections with kids and becoming consistent supports in their lives. At the center of my childcare philosophy is love, trust, and respect! I love to cook and teach kiddos to cook; I also thrive in having tough but age appropriate conversations with kids, when granted permission by parents.
