"Claudia was an exceptional nanny for our family. She was always responsible and consistently on time, she never once missed work without an early notice or left us in a difficult situation. She managed her time extremely well and was able to accomplish a lot with minimal supervision.
Whenever our baby was asleep or when she had extra time, Claudia proactively helped with house chores and cleaning, which we truly appreciated. She also has solid medical knowledge and was very attentive to our child’s health. She always informed us promptly when she noticed any symptoms and took thoughtful, appropriate care, such as gently cleaning his nose during baths when he was sick to help soften and clear mucus.
