Hi I’m Corinne! I just moved to a Ashburnham MA and am seeking a childcare position in the area. I have been babysitting and nannying for 10+ years and absolutely love working with children! I value and promote creativity, play, reading and spending lots of time outdoors! I have care for and worked with children of all ages, from infancy to teen years. I graduated from The University of Vermont in 2015 with a psychology degree, and also have a minor in Animal Science (am very comfortable with pets!). More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked for a non-profit mental health organization in Vermont for two years as a Living Skill Specialist. I worked with kids ages 5-16 (and their families) who had different emotional and developmental delays. I worked to help them achieve their goals set by their clinicians in a community based setting.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love spending as much time outside as possible! Adventure walks, riding bikes/scooters, playing catch, sidewalk chalk, kicking a ball around, making forts and yoga are just a few outdoor actives that the children I’ve cared for in the past have loved! As for indoor activities, I value creating as much as possible- whether it’s visual art (drawing, painting, coloring, etc...), music or dance! Reading is another favorite pastime of mine. I also understand the importance of imaginative play and unstructured play time for developing minds!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the children I care for are safe, engaged and having lots of fun fills my heart! Being a nanny also helps me to never lose my childlike wonder, and allows me to live presently in each moment.
