The most important part about being a nanny...
At 16 getting to teach a 6 month old how to blow bubbles. And get past the fear and anxiety of sticking her he ad under water. For us it may seem like the easiest thing but for her it was a new and huge monument to make through. Remembering that they are at a different stage in life than we are is huge. And remembering that something that may be nothing to us may be everything to them.
