My 16+ years of experience includes newborn care, overnight care, tutoring and homework help, traveling with a family for vacation, and caring for a child with a serious medical condition. I also have taught both creative writing and yoga to children. Most recently, I was the lead yoga teacher at the Boys and Girls Club and helped create and implement a curriculum that taught children techniques to self-regulate, to listen to their bodies, and to relate to each other with kindness.
Even though I have years of experience and am familiar with many different parenting styles, theories, and approaches, I still ask a lot of questions so that I have a clear understanding of how you want your children and family to be cared for and can implement the routines and structures your children are used to.
