Hi !! My name is Courtnee. I am born and raised in New Orleans. I relocated here to Baton Rouge to attend LSU. I am a rising junior. I study industrial engineering. I am the oldest out of four brothers. I've also been working part-time for two years at Knock Knock Children's Museum in the mornings. I am interested in sports, math, science, and arts. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked as a camp counselor at the local children's museum. My responsibilities included but were not limited to, helping children with the activities that were mapped out for the day, checking in/out campers, and engaging in meaningful conversations with the children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing sports, binge watching a show, reading, painting, and clay work.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe that besides the safety and well-being of a child, it is important to inspire growth and creativity in children. I want every child to be able to express themselves freely and without hate.

My experience with special needs children...

Most of my work with special needs children comes from my brothers. Several of them have been diagnosed with ADHD. It took time for me to learn how to work with them to keep them focused, happy, and safe. I also have a brother who is on the spectrum.
