My experience with special needs children...
I currently work in a preschool inclusion class, where I will work one on with students who have an IEP. I also have a 4 year old niece who is autistic who I spend a lot of time with.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have so many favorite moments from my time nannying but the one that sticks out the most is how I have remained close, like family, with the two families I have worked for. I still get invited to birthday parties, soccer games and even just a week night dinner. I love seeing how the children have grown into little people!
