A little bit about me

Hi I'm Courtney! After spending the last few years in the financial industry I am pivoting to establish a career in therapy and mental health services. My masters degree program begins this fall (August 2026) and I am looking for a wonderful family to work for throughout the summer! My childcare experience began with babysitting and watching after my cousins. During the summers while I was I completing my undergraduate degree I nannied for a family with three boys (ages 6, 8, & 15). I coordinated activities, provided transportation to and from activities, and prepared meals/light cleaning. I have enjoyed a 5yr long career in the financial industry however I have determined that a career in the helping profession is much more up my alley and I look forward to making this transition. I really enjoy working with school age and older children as I appreciate the phase of life they're in and I like helping them establish that independence.
