I am 29 and currently seeking employment for a full-time job as a nanny. I have a 4 year degree in Business Administration from High Point University and after working in the business world I realized my passion was for teaching children and watching their growth and development. As of late I have worked as a Nanny for two children of a divorced couple, although the work was hard I believe I made a great impact on the children. Before that I spent 2 years working in the Montessori classroom as a teacher, I have learned the philosophies and have really loved getting to apply them outside of the classroom and into the home. The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny, is to have that drive a passion for caring for kids. For me the impact i can make on a child’s life is my “why”. Being a nanny the biggest impact I can make is to teach and guide a child into understanding, recognizing, and verbalizing their emotions. These are tools that will make such an Impact on a child throughout their entire life which fills my cups and fulfills my “why” .
