Hey there I'm Courtny,
I have been a babysitter/nanny for many years to multiple children. I love working with kids and teaching them as well. I have worked with kids of all ages and all situations. I've even worked with foster kids. I do not believe in spanking a child for disapline as that's not my place. But the corner and time out for younger babies is perfect and for older with permission writing sentences. I love to do things by routine. I will do light cleaning as well as cook for the children. I have no problem of running errands as well. I prefer to watch the child at your home cause that's where there more comfortable but watching them at mine is perfectly fine as well.
