Hi my name is Crystal Buzanowski but most everyone just calls me Crystal since my last name is a little complicated to pronounce , I’m 43 years old a mother of 3 boys 1 girl , I have 1 beautiful grandson and a gorgeous granddaughter on her way due this August2023 , My husband and I are also business co-owners here in Mobile Al , it’s a automotive repair shop so he runs it while I stay busy doing the work I love doing and what I’m most passionate about , I believe In putting things in gods hands and if it’s meant to be then so be it , I also believe in living one day at a time and never taken life for granted. My 3 oldest children lost their dad in 2015 when he was only 39 . I’m definitely a people person, I don’t mind listening or taking advice , I love going on Vacation and spending time with family. When I was 24 I started my own at home daycare with 10 baby’s and little kids and oh how I loved it and now 20 years later here I am 😁 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks C.Buzanowski

Most important part to me is treat all your baby’s/kids the same , take care of them as if they were your own children, treat them with respect like you appreciate being treated .

My experience with special needs children...

I cared for a child with muscular dystrophy Duchenne , he was in a wheelchair from the age of 8 until the age of 18 he was such a smart young man but he needed my undivided attention, I had to feed him most of the time because he had his good and bad days but don’t we all , I had to assist him on and off the toilet , yes I had to clean his bottom and wash his hands but that’s okay he couldn’t do it himself that’s why I was there to help him in anyway I possibly could, I helped him get dressed in the mornings , then I would put his shoes on him get him in his chair so we could go outside and play because he loved it so much ☺️

The most important part about being a nanny...

Oh my goodness this is a really hard question, I don’t know if I had just one favorite 😬 back when I opened my at home daycare my little girl was 1 years old at the time, well I was watching 10 kids including her , one of the kids his name was Dallas and boy my baby love that little boy more then words could ever say , each day Dallas would get there Lainey would get happy but when his momma would come to pick him up my little girl would throw her a fit like real deal alligator tears, screaming, and hollering as if someone was taking her best friend , me at 24 years old never knew a 1 year old could have feelings like that but it went on for months until she found a new best friend and Dallas was old news to her lol .
