Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, reading books, educational games, puzzles, coloring, imaginative play, and helping with homework. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks, visiting the park, playing outside, or exploring nature. My goal is to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can learn, grow, and enjoy themselves.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children with special needs through my roles as a Teacher’s Assistant in both Pre-K and high school special education classrooms. In these positions, I helped support students with their daily routines, learning activities, communication, and social development. My experience has taught me patience, understanding, adaptability, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment where every child can thrive. I am comfortable following individualized routines and working closely with families to meet each child’s unique needs.

One of my favorite parts of working with children is seeing their confidence grow. I love watching them learn new things, accomplish goals, and get excited about their achievements, no matter how big or small.
