The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments working at the YMCA was seeing how excited the kids would get during our daily activities. I remember one child who was really shy at first and didn’t want to join group games. Over time, with encouragement and patience, they started opening up, participating, and even helping other kids. Seeing that growth in confidence and knowing I played a small part in making them feel comfortable and included was really rewarding. Moments like that are why I love working with kids.
