Heeeellllloooo! My name is Daisy Fiona, im 23 years old. I moved to California from Hawaii about 4 months ago, I spent the last two years on Oahu supervising a coffee shop by the beach but I decided to come back to the mainland to pursue my career in graphic design/illustration. I’ve worked as a nanny off an on for essentially my whole life, I helped raise my three younger siblings and I nannied for 4 families in my neighborhood for many years. I’m happy to help out in any way I can; anything from cooking meals, doing laundry and household chores, running errands, etc. you name it I want to help! I’m moving to Santa Cruz next month and I’m willing to start whenever. I’m looking forward to working with you, whoever you may be!

Realizing it’s more than a job. It’s not about the money, it’s not ur typical 9-5. It is a wonderful opportunity to be able to aid and enrich someone’s life. I get so much joy out of work like this, getting to be helpful, building a relationship with a family and their kids. You become a part of someone’s life in such a unique way and it’s such a special experience.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Not to sound cliche but it’s just true, it is the most rewarding job in the world. I love kids so much, I truly believe they make us better people. They are the most beautiful, brilliant, strange, hilarious little creatures and it’s is such a blessing to be around them and get to work with them; it’s a grounding, humbling, enlightening job.
