I believe The most important part about being a nanny is interacting with the kids and not having a lot of screen time. I believe that being a nanny involves teaching the children and not just watching over them.

I have a little cousin who has special needs and I just love working with him. He always makes everything so much fun and just has a different view of everything which is always super nice and interesting. I also was in a class at my high school that revolved around special needs children.
