To honor the parents when they are not their in site. It’s very important for children to have the same rules as their parents and not our own rules or made up rules. The most important thing about being a nanny is to provide care, support and follow the instructions as provided. Kids will feel comfortable, safe and secure knowing they have rules that both the nanny has to follow even when the parents aren’t on site
