I have over 8 years of child care experience. In high school I worked at a few daycares for 4 years, as well as previously working for boys and girl club this last year.

There are serval activities I can think of to name the few such as playing sports, riding bikes, building forts, cooking, and anything the child desires.

The most important part is building a bond with the kids. As a nanny you are different kind of support from their parents so being there for them means alot

I have experience working with autistic children mainly from the experience of being an Aunt. My neice has taught me patience and how to understand her all though she’s un verbal

The most important part about being a nanny...

As a clc teacher , I had 3 and 4th grade. In the program all grades were responsible for reading and taking quizzes to get high-scores to be able to go to a fun trip at the end of the year. I expressed the importance of reading and encouraged my kids every day ti get their reading done. My group had the lowest scores in the beginning and towards the end we were the highest scored and I had the most kids go the field trip. If felt good to help them reach their goals and see them be happy about earning it.
