The most important thing about being a nanny is you have to love kids and be patient with them because kids stressful sometimes. If you show kids that you love them and you care about them the kids will love you too. And it would be much easier.

My favorite nanny moment was when I taught this baby girl how to walk and she took her first three steps. I was so happy and proud of her. I always loved seeing her smile.
