A little bit about me

I am currently nannying a very sweet speech delayed 2 and 1/2 year old part time 2-3 days a week. I am a mom myself and have raised my kids to be advanced in their studies as well as becoming model little humans. They are 8 and 11 years old. My son has dealt with speech delay and hearing loss when he was a toddler, which was challenging, but it has given me great tools for working with other kids dealing with this.

I have babysat many friends and family’s children, aged 1 month old to 15 YO. I have a great understanding of how to manage the various ages to success. Every child I have the privilege to interact with brightens my day and I genuinely love working with kids. I have no issue working with special needs kids. I was raised alongside my cousin who has macrocephaly and autism. I have also Nannie’d a 3 1/2 year old during March of 2024 that has severe autism to success. I was the first person he gave a high five to and I’ll keep that memory with me forever.
