Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a caregiver in TN. I also grew up babysitting my sisters as I am the oldest of six girls. I also have helped my family raise and care for their children and watched them grow for the past eight years. There is a saying in my family...it takes a village to raise children and we stand by that always helping out one another
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy painting and writing but my favorite thing is to get kids imaginations soaring. One minute I am Captain Hook aboard the jolly Roger having a sword fight with the children (playing as Peter pan or the lost boys.) The next I may Princess Anna. I guess I forgot to mention I worked for Disney and have actual princess costumes in my closet as well as the rehearsal/ songs and even personas memorized. It makes a little girl's dream come true to read a book with Belle.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is that kids are like sponges. When you are someone with a upbeat and happy personality and a imagination that makes their minds wonder, they tend to never forget you.

I have cared for children with spinabifida and also helped care for children with Autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the most memorable moments was when I came to one of the kids birthday parties as Anna and she asked me to sing for her. When I did, I accidently slipped on the carpet and face planted. Was a accident but a great way to get kids to burst into laughter. Sometimes you just got to laugh it off.
