A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Dani! I am 27 years old and have worked in childcare for the past 14 years, roles including: after school teacher for 1st graders, substitute teacher for k-5 through 8th grade, daycare teacher, nanny, and babysitter. I am very passionate about the work I do, because I believe the world is a much better place when children are properly and mindfully loved, listened to, and valued for the individuals they are in order to grow into secure and loving adults. I believe my values, traits, and philosophies are naturally conducive to childcare. In 2017, I received my BFA with a concentration in illustration at UNCC, so encouraging creative expression in children is my strong suit. Personal hobbies include bass guitar, roller skating, reading, hiking and dancing. Above all I value personal growth, always trying to learn new things and having fun while doing so.
