A little bit about me

I have worked with children for many years. I started out watching my best friends daughter everyday for about a year and a half. Then shortly after stopping watching her I started working at an elementary school in the kitchen preparing and serving meals to students. Then a couple years after that I started working as a para educator for the after school program and at that time I had 20 students in a classroom at a time and I assisted with homework help and created enrichment activities when they were done with homework. I was then asked if I would assist in a preschool class during the day and continued to keep my after school class. So I then started working with preschool age children for 8 months. I left the job at the school district and later found a position at a daycare which I worked for 3 months in the infant toddler room. I have since left that position and I am currently working for Amazon at the fulfillment center and I am looking for another career change.

I am currently CPR certified and I am up to date with shots required by the state of California to work with children.

I have open availability.

I can teach your child/ren some beginning sign language.
