My favorite nanny moment is not a huge milestone, but when Frank, a toddler that I was taking care of was cracking up because I made a little theater out of a Home Depot box, and I was just hiding behind it and saying peek a boo. He had one of those cry laughs, where he was just so happy. It's not a huge milestone, but it's a great memory I hold near and dear to me.
