The most important part about being a nanny...
What matter to me most about being a nanny is that the parents feel their child is safe and happy. My toddler is still nonverbal and all I care about is if my child is safe and content in my absence especially! I want every family I work with to know that I am a true listening ear to what they want for their child's care! I love children so my main goal is to make sure they are happy and progressing!
My experience with special needs children...
I have 3+ years with special education. Two were with 6th-8th grade and the other with 2nd-3rd grade special education. Both were functional skills settings.
