Reading books! Anything creative that involves play-doh, legos, blocks, paint, markers, and crayons. Going for walks around the neighborhood or to the park. Tossing bouncy balls to one another. Teaching basic fundamentals. Preparing meals the babies or kiddos enjoy eating 😊

The most important part about being a nanny...

There's no question that my top priority is making sure the baby or child is safe, feels safe, and feels happy and cared for. From their surroundings, what they are viewing or listening to, how I speak to them, what I feed them, how I calm them when they are upset or missing their parent, etc. I acknowledge that my time caring for a child impacts them significantly as they grow so I take my position as nanny seriously and honorably.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are countless, as I call them, heart warming, fulfilling moments as a nanny, but one that undoubtedly stays with me is when the toddlers, I've helped take care since they were babies or for a good period of time, try saying my name for the first time 🥹🥹🥹
