I'm a dad of three children. Two are now off in college and doing very well being responsible and learning to be responsible, independent young men. My daughter in 12 and absolutely wonderful. Does well in school, lots of friends, very respectful. This is how my wife and I raised all our kids. I was very active in the upbringing including coaching their sports teams and being an active member of the elementary school's Father Club. I work with children as a coach and referee for several youth sports over the last 15 years. I may not have ever been a paid nanny but I certainly know what is needed to raise children to be respectful, independent and successful and still have fun along the way.
