My daughter is almost 14 and will be going to high school next year, so it doesn’t make sense to have a nanny anymore, but we will miss her a ton. My daughter has ADHD, and even though Dawn came into the job with a great deal of expertise in dealing with neurodiversity, she has continued to read and learn and adjust over the course of the four years she has been with us. She is a problem solver and a natural nurturer. Dawn is also the rare person who sees something that needs to be done and just does it. She cares for my daughter, me, our many pets, and our home with kindness and abundant energy. My hope is that she finds a position with a family that values her as much as we do."
