I come from a Dominican background and I’m bilingual in both English and Spanish, which helps me connect with children and families from diverse cultures. I'm an aunt to 8 nieces and 4 nephews, I have been around children most of my life and have gained hands- on experience for caring for children. I also worked as a childcare provider with Birmingham Talks, where I supervised children, ensured their safety, and provided a nurturing environment.
