I love playing with kids however they play by themselves, I like art so I will do origami or color with them, maybe even clay. I also encourage active and outdoor activities. I can help with homework once the school year rolls around.
My experience with special needs children...
I have babysat for an autistic child. My main experience is Penguin Project. It was put on by Lincoln Community Playhouse. We would mentor young kids to adults and help them to put on a musical over the course of months. For a couple years, I was a swing mentor, so I got to work with people with many different disabilities and personalities. It was very fun and inspiring.
