Activities I enjoy doing with children...
anything really ! i love being outdoors and feeling the sunlight, but i also love arts and crafts. i love to see each kids individual imaginations on paper ! i also don’t mind getting down and playing with toys or laying back and watching kids movies !
The most important part about being a nanny...
what matter most to me is that the kids are taken care of well, and enjoy being around me ! i want the kids i babysit for to feel excited and happy to be around me and i always want them to feel well taken care of !
My experience with special needs children...
my cousin who’s now 9 has autism, and i’ve babysat him since he was about one in a half ! as he got older i learned his meds and things that helped him specifically!
The most important part about being a nanny...
a very sweet moment i had was when i was nannying a 2 year old little girl and i was leaving for the day once her mom got home and she came and hugged me and handed me a little hand written invitation to her birthday party and when i said “of course ill be there” she literally jumped up and down and said she was so excited to show me to her family ! her mother also told me later that for about a week all she was talking about was how she really hoped i would come to her ballerina party 🥹 very very sweet moment !!
