Hi. My name is Dawn and I've lived in Manatee county my entire life. Although I haven't been paid to babysit children in a long time, I feel that I'd be really good at it. I'm around children quite a bit... I love being around them and they quickly warm up to me. I believe in hands on care, meaning I'd get down on the floor to play, we'd sing, go outside, be silly, and I'd let them help me with chores as a learning experience. A TV would seldom be turned on and never used, by me, to keep a child occupied. I feel that children are a precious gift that should never be taken for granted.
