Children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and understood so being consistent, patient, and genuinely caring is key. It’s also important to create a structured, engaging environment where kids can learn, grow, and just be themselves. As a nanny, I’m not just there to supervise, but to nurture, guide, and become a positive, dependable part of their daily lives.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when the little boy I cared for learned to ride his bike without training wheels. We had been practicing every day, and when he finally got it, he ran over to give me the biggest hug. Seeing his confidence grow and knowing I played a part in that moment was incredibly rewarding. It reminded me why I love this work helping children grow, feel supported, and celebrate their milestones.
