The most important part of being a nanny is definitely making the kids feel comfortable and safe.
My experience with special needs children...
I use to care for special needs children when I was in middle school through buddy club! We would visit the children during class and help them with their homework, quizzes and tests. We would also play board games with them during that time. Some days we would go on field trips with the kids to very fun/ educational places!
