The most important part about being a nanny...
I’d say the most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids are safe , healthy , well fed. & have a nice bond with thr nanny , as in making sure the kids are comfortable with the nanny ! for me is having respect for the family , and great communication if not able to make it or need to change your schedule!
My experience with special needs children...
my baby sister is a special needs baby , i am not a expert with special needs babies , a little bit of practice is needed , but i am learning how to feed her with a G tube and give her medicine at a certain time !
