A little bit about me

I've found that kids are open to new things and experiences because they are still learning life skills and morals. I still remember all of my childhood nannies as a kid and how they made a difference in my life and I'd hope to do the same for another family.
I'd describe my personality as creative, patient and emotionally intelligent. Childcare jobs have taught me so much about how pressure from daily life can affect how a child will act. I think I could be a fun presence while also being a reliable caretaker.
I'm a certified nanny through American Red Cross so I am trained in all basic skills needed to care for a child.
I'm looking for a job that I can and have a 5 day full-time work week. In my previous job I worked at Coldstone creamery in gahanna for 3 years half of the time as a manager. I mostly worked nights so I'm looking forward to more structure for my next job. I'd also like to save enough money to eventually start going to school and paying for it myself.
