My favorite moment was when babysitting my little sibling when he was about 2 or 3 and he had just discovered those big feelings and everytime he would be caught in them and didn’t know how to calm himself I would take him to the side and remind him to take deep breaths and to calm down in order for me to be able to help and understand what was wrong.
