Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have gained experience for the past years taking care of my two siblings. I help them to get ready for school while I get ready to go to college as well. I help them with homework, preparing their meals, also keeping them entertained away from technology such as going to the park, painting, reading, riding bikes, teaching them how to cook food, how to take care of themselves. Taking care of them had teach me patience, communication, problem solving, multitasking. Also how to handle kids of different ages and personalities.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some indoor activities I do with kids are decorating, cooking, reading books, listening to music or karaoke, puzzle games, dancing, exercise.
Outdoor activities would be playing soccer, riding bikes, run, hide and seek, jump rope, watering plants, using sticks we find from the trees to later paint them and decorate them, picnics, watch birds, insects or squirrels, museum.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To keep children safe at all times, ensure that they eat healthy meals and keep themselves hydrated. To teach them about developing good habits, confidence, self awareness. Also, to make them feel loved and cared, and happy. Show them how to have fun and showing them the many ways of demostrating how to love themselves and how to love others. I enjoyed creating positive environment for kids where they feel free of stress and where they feel supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...

A memorable moment I have with my 6 year old sister is when the first time I hairstyle her hair and she came back from school she told me that I was the best sister in the world because I did her hair and a little girl told her she wish to have a sister like me so she can have her hair done for school so my sister told her she can come to our home and I can be her sister too.
Another memorable moment is when she learn how to read and she was very excited and she brought a book and she told me to pretend that I don’t know how to read so she would read me a story to sleep.
Lastly, a memorable time I have with my brother was when I taught him how to ride his bike when he was little and then he said thank you so now we can both ride the bikes together.
