My childcare experience has primarily come from working directly with families as a professional nanny. Over the years, I’ve cared for children of different ages and developmental stages, which has given me lots of hands-on experience supporting their individual needs, routines, learning and growth.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun! Depending on their age and interests, I enjoy arts & crafts, reading, imaginative play, baking, park days, walks, outdoor play, library trips, museums, playdates, and fun local outings. I also love finding new activities based on what each child is naturally interested in.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving space where children feel comfortable being themselves. I also really value the trust parents place in me. Being welcomed into someone’s home and trusted with the people they love most is something I never take lightly. I love being someone a child can feel safe with, have fun with, learn from, and depend on, while also being a source of support for their parents. To me, the best nanny relationships feel like a true partnership with the family. 🤍

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children with autism and Down syndrome through both my daycare background and private nanny positions. I’ve also nannied for two families with children with special needs. I’m patient, attentive, and understand the importance of learning each child’s individual needs, routines, communication style, and personality. 🤍

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is realizing when a child truly feels comfortable and safe with me. Whether it’s them running to greet me at the door, asking me to stay a little longer, sharing a big milestone with me, or simply wanting me there for the little moments, it never gets old. Watching children grow and knowing I’ve become someone they trust and love is easily one of the sweetest parts of what I do. 🤍
