The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children can feel secure and valued. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents through consistency, open communication, and genuine care. I also recognize that every child is unique, so I adapt my approach to meet each child’s individual needs, personality, and developmental stage.

My experience with special needs children...

I recently worked in a Resource classroom with students with IEP's and varying disabilities. Some include Autism, ADHD, Speech Disorders, Developmental delays and physical disabilities. Therefore, I am more than comfortable working with children with diverse needs. I believe in adapting activities, routines and communication styles to support each child's individual strengths and needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nannying memories was caring for a child from the time he was just a few months old. Watching him grow and reach new milestones was incredibly rewarding, and hearing him say my name for the first time was a moment I'll never forget.
