I'm an experienced Infant Toddler Nanny and Montessori Infant Toddler Teacher looking for a new family to join. I'd love to find another "perfect fit" to start with as of mid June after finishing nearly two years of care with my current amazing; starting when their little one was four months old and ultimately helping to transition him (happy and prepared) into preschool.
I'm a reliable & consistent nanny who knows, using the training I've completed and the knowledge I have, I'm able to turn everyday experiences into those of daily learning & development!

I'm an educated, fun-loving, self motivated woman looking for employment that is challenging & ever changing. I’ve been working with children for over 20 years with a true passion for teaching; receiving a degree in early childhood education and then completing my Montessori infant toddler teaching certification. It would be my goal to spend some time outside everyday; whether it's going for a walk, stopping at a park, water play in the backyard, a trip to the pool or just running around playing....the outdoors is and always will be a place for endless fun and education.

Implementation of age appropriate activities using simple household items, games, crafts, sensory play, baking, leaning and reading can become a part of most every day.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children with special needs; physical and mental delays. Additionally, I have worked with children with major health concerns and children with educational delays.

All children have the ability to learn, it's just a matter of finding what sparks their interest and the teaching method that works best for each individual child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I enjoy, and love watching and being a part of the quick changes in the growth of children of a young age. From being just able to recognize an object, to then being able to track it, to holding it, then passing or placing it, to understanding its use and naming it, to them teaching another little one about said object and sharing what they learned with others. This is where my true joy comes from.
