A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Devin, I am 24 years old. I am a dedicated caregiver and student. I have been an adult special needs caregiver for two years now. I have worked with two clients; for 16 months I was with a young man with Down syndrome, autism, and epilepsy, and for the past 9 months I have been with a woman with phelan-mcdermid syndrome, autism, and OCD.

I have volunteered with and babysat children since age 14, and got my first role in a daycare at 16. Since, I have gained years of experience as a nanny, preschool teacher, babysitter, and caregiver. Outside of caregiving, I am currently a student studying English literature and creative writing, on track to graduate in December.

I am looking to transition into a full time role . I am excited to commit to a role for years to come. I am creative, artsy, funny, active, outdoorsy, and I just love learning, trying new things/ having new experiences. I am also organized, attentive, and would love to step into a household manager role.
