The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part is about safety. It's essential to make sure the kids are having fun, but in a non-dangerous manner. This is why I think babysitting can be hard, as kids obviously want to do everything unsafe. You as the babysitter have to be able to stay fun while also able to say no.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have any experience with special needs children, but I am an open-minded person and I want to learn how to accommodate to any needs :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was probably when I was babysitting a five year old over the summer. We were sitting on their couch, watching a movie, when he suddenly hugged me and said I was his "favorite babysitter ever". It made my heart really happy and I don't think I'll ever forget that moment.
