I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids do what they have to do for example homework or any chores that the parents have assigned making sure that the kids are well fed that they’re also happy and also overall having a good connection with them because once that happens, they start telling you things for example like how their day was or more detailed things that they won’t even tell their own parents so being there for them so like a nanny friend
