The most important part about being a nanny...

I enjoy being apart of a family's growth plan. It does not matter what beliefs there are nor what regimen is being upheld. At the end of the day being a nanny aids a families ability to grow into whatever's next for them. A new job, a new home, keeping schedule, solidifying kids plans, even hiring a new nanny-these things are all to implement successful growth and sustain it. In my personal experience and opinion aiding as a nanny is a ethereal experience to be apart of.

My experience with special needs children...

I had such a great experience volunteering in directing a special needs choir. This occasion taught me so much about music therapy and how music achieves so many communicative facets that sometimes words cant express.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One day as I was entering work,
my fellow little pal was speaking to himself regarding a endeavor. Being the storyteller that I am I pitched possible narratives on what the 1 1/2 year old could possibly be saying through his coo language. He proceeded to point and speak the language of the young and adventurous (cooing). Suddenly we have Solidified a coo to English response we now were in full blown communication. He had no idea what the narrative I was presenting was nor did I understand his language but apparently I hit a home run with what I was narrating. My pal never stopped speaking about it, that day is when I became "Deza the coo translator".
