My favorite nanny moment is when I witnessed a child in my care take reach a significant milestone, like taking their first steps, saying their first words. Also witnessed a child suddenly grasp a new skill on their own that I have been teachingthem, such as climbing the monkey bar ,or sliding down the big slide on their own to see how proud they are at themselves is priceless.
