I have a strong background in physical education, aquatics, coaching, and working with children and young adults. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and am currently completing my master’s degree in Health Education while working as a Graduate Assistant and teaching college-level swim and aquatics courses. I also have experience as a swim instructor, head counselor, daycare worker, and assistant track and field coach. Through these roles, I have developed strong leadership, communication, organization, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
Babysitter Available in Brockport, NY: Alaya S.
I have been working informally with kids since I was 11 when I was tasked with watching my younger and baby cousins. I have worked at a summer camp and was in charge of kids between the ages of 4-7. I also have worked in daycare, done student teaching in third grade classrooms, and been a substitute teacher for the Brockport School District. My dream career would involve working with children, and although I don’t know what that looks like yet, I am trying to find some ways to do what I love until then.
