My name is Dilma. I have a daughter of my own and have worked with 3 families in the past 8 years. I have a lot of experience with young kids and I am new to the Vegas area. Communication is what has worked best for me. Whatever the parents need is what I will do. Scheduling (nap time, etc), activities, chores, learning, play time, that is all up to the parents but I have awesome activity ideas. I always create new and fun ideas to keep the kids learning and active. Light house keeping, driving to the park, meal prep for the kids are all things I can do.
