Being a director was fulfilling but I missed being with the children in the classroom. I feel the first 5 years of a child’s life is the most important. I feel if they begin their lives with love, nurturing, and learning experiences in the beginning it sets them up for a bright future. I feel they need to feel safe, loved, and nurtured. They also thrive with schedules and being consistent with those learning experiences while teaching them independence, while teaching them coping skills. Helping them learn how to communicate their feelings!!
