I have worked with children when I worked for Gleaners food bank. I would have a group of Children from different schools making bagged lunches for the children in need for food. I would make a list of each item and the children would help me pack the lunch bags to send them out at their schools.

Making sure I can be there at any given time for the parents as well as the children. communication and patience. I want to make sure the children are safe. I always want to be a positive role model for any child that crosses my path in life.

I've had experience with special needs children when I was in schoolI would help the children with home work or getting to where they needed to go in the school. I would even help the teachers care after my class mates. I would always make the child feel they were able to fit in anywhere! I have a handicap cousin that I cared for when she was an infant and make sure that her feeding tube was always in proper position.
