My name's Dorian! I've always done well with kids and I'm looking for some more experience in the childcare filed. I'm very artistic and creative! Never will there be a boring moment when I'm around. I'm very spontaneous and ambitious, as well as communicative and responsible. Organization is one of my top skills. Your children's safety will always be a top priority for me. I'm not certified in anything yet but would be more than willing to get the certifications that are needed. I also play ukulele! It IS very important that I am home before Sun down on Fridays. However it is possible for me to still work a good amount of hours Fridays. See below:

Ex: any hours between 4:00 AM to 4:00PM Fridays during the winter.

Any hours between 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM Fridays during the summer.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I use to babysit quite a bit! Im use to babysitting usually as close to full time as possible. I have a lot of experience with foster youth. I use to intern at Encompass Lighthouse, specifically helping with foster youth that we're placed there for day support.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Communication in any relationship involving humans is so important. Definitely reading the parents and understanding what they want for there children but also implement what children want and need as well. Having children understand that they have a voice and right to use that voice has always been something v e r y important to me.
